About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer the endpoint management infrastructure used for software deployment;
  • Ensure the deployment of patches and security updates;
  • Manage and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs);
  • Monitor SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management tool environments;
  • Create and maintain scripts and automation mechanisms;
  • Contribute to the development of patch management strategies;
  • Document procedures and configurations;
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams;
  • Provide advanced-level technical support;
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of endpoint management environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline;
  • Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience;
  • Have experience with centralized desktop management;
  • Proficiency with SCCM and Intune;
  • Advanced experience managing GPOs;
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows environments;
  • Knowledge of 802.1X network environments;
  • Microsoft certifications are an asset;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, thoroughness, and excellent organizational skills;
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
