About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the initial deployment of the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform
Advise on role models, naming conventions, governance, and access certification
Define the provisioning and deprovisioning strategy according to the identity lifecycle
Design and configure assignment rules and approval workflows
Design and configure access certification campaigns
Integrate target applications using native or existing connectors
Perform technical integrations using SCIM, REST APIs, SQL queries, and JSON
Conduct integration testing with the team
Design an end-to-end automated and regression testing strategy
Support phased production rollouts and solution coexistence
Document configurations, decisions, and architectural choices
Transfer expertise to the team and facilitate Saviynt adoption
Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and the solution vendor

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing IGA solutions (Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta), including architectural decisions and foundational configuration
Hold a valid Saviynt certification OR have demonstrable Saviynt configuration or integration experience documented on your résumé
Strong knowledge of the identity lifecycle (joiners, movers, and leavers)
Strong knowledge of role models, approval workflows, and access certification
Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, and identity data sources
Experience with technical integrations and connectors
Proficiency with APIs, SQL, and JSON data formats
Ability to collaborate effectively and explain decisions to technical teams and the vendor
Asset: Experience in a university environment or an organization with a multi-affiliated population
