About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, maintain, and document the infrastructure services under your responsibility
Monitor the health of systems and servers to prevent service interruptions
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and security issues
Contribute to the management, tracking, and resolution of complex incidents and problems
Participate in the implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 platforms and SaaS solutions
Plan and execute technical tests related to infrastructure and applications
Automate operational tasks using scripts and DevOps tools
Collaborate with infrastructure, development, security, and operations teams
Document services, procedures, and technology architectures
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend best practices for integration and operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
Have experience administering Windows and Linux systems
Be proficient in at least two programming or scripting languages
Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Have experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
Be proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or other relevant scripting languages
Have a strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity management mechanisms
Be fluent in spoken and written French
