Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Have experience with IP telephony environments supporting more than 2,000 users
  • Be proficient in Cisco CUCM, CUC, and UCCX
  • Have experience integrating collaboration solutions
  • Possess strong networking knowledge
  • Cisco Collaboration certification is an asset
  • Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and excellent customer service
  • Be proficient in spoken and written French
