About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Have experience providing IT support in corporate environments
  • Have a good understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles
  • Be able to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Experience monitoring systems and infrastructure is an asset
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain thorough documentation
  • Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness, and an excellent sense of responsibility
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate a consistent willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Be fluent in spoken and written French
