About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Analyze business needs and functional requirements
Create and maintain workflows, forms, and automations
Configure service catalogs and IT service management processes
Develop server-side and client-side scripts in JavaScript
Implement and maintain REST API, SOAP, and MID Server integrations
Participate in continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives
Ensure the quality, performance, and security of deliverables
Support teams in adopting and using ServiceNow
Produce the required technical and functional documentation
Participate in internal assignments and projects for major clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience
Have significant experience with the ServiceNow platform
Be proficient in the ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer modules
Be proficient in server-side and client-side JavaScript
Have experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
Have experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Have a solid understanding of ITIL processes
Knowledge of IT architecture, security, and governance is an asset
Demonstrate autonomy, thoroughness, and excellent analytical skills
Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and knowledge-transfer skills
Be fluent in spoken and written French
