About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an expert on Microsoft 365 and Azure products and services
  • Participate in the migration, integration, support, and architecture of solutions
  • Administer and maintain M365 policies and configurations
  • Coordinate M365 solutions with internal and external partners
  • Support technical teams
  • Analyze security options and E3/E5 licensing levels
  • Analyze technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Conduct proofs of concept and testing pilots
  • Draft technical specifications
  • Resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and diagram solutions and infrastructures
  • Develop an account synchronization strategy for M365
  • Participate in federation and identity management strategies
  • Implement collaboration tools
  • Contribute to modern endpoint and mobility management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting Microsoft solutions based on Active Directory and Exchange
  • At least 6 years of experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance principles
  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure AD, Defender, M365, Autopilot, and Desktop Analytics
  • At least 5 years of experience with ADFS, MAP Toolkit, SSO, DNS/DHCP
  • At least 2 years of experience with File Services, Group Policy, AD, and AAD
  • At least 2 years of experience with other Microsoft 365 services
  • At least 5 years of technical experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • At least 2 years of experience with Azure IaaS infrastructures and network architectures
  • At least 2 years of experience with desktop virtualization, particularly Hyper-V or VMware
