About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to technical support requests remotely and on site
- Prepare and install IT equipment
- Provide user support
- Conduct scheduled client visits

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing IT support to users
- Experience working in environments with more than 100 users
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, or equivalent certification is an asset
- Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s licence
