About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a commodity portfolio and ensure the right parts are available at the right price when production needs them
Negotiate and manage purchases and tenders for materials and services
Analyze proposals and prepare recommendations based on results
Negotiate and manage supply agreements
Research the market to identify and select potential suppliers
Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials and service execution
Research alternative suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality and service, and optimize processes
Maintain extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients while following up order status

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced knowledge about electronics, specifically PCBA and harnesses/cabling
Extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients following up order status
Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in areas such as Management, Electronics, Mechanics or similar
Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles, preferably in Industrial or Production sectors
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Results-oriented mindset
Advanced command of Portuguese and English, with proven proficiency at C2 level in both languages
Proactive, dynamic, and with strong interpersonal skills
