About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Delivery Managers throughout the project cycle
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Coordinate activities across TEKEVER in support of project objectives and milestones
- Maintain regular internal project reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop reporting formats tailored to readers and required detail levels
- Develop and oversee TEKEVER’s information and knowledge management processes for Defence projects
- Identify, qualify, and manage risks across the entire value chain
- Ensure risk mitigations are developed
- Support operational effectiveness for end users
- Contribute to strategy development
- Collaborate with partners and understand operating environments during site visits and deployed operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in project delivery, preferably within the Defence or Technology sectors
- Accredited project management or project support qualifications, e.g. PFQ
- Ability to manage and operate effectively in high-pressure environments
- Must be eligible to hold SC clearance and willing to undergo the vetting process
- Work authorisation in the UK is required
- Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ability to maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders across multiple regions and teams
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations in the UK, Portugal, US, and Europe
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, in case of urgent operational needs
