About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own deployments end to end, from scoping through go-live
- Run discovery, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Work directly with customer engineers
- Write production code and build integrations with enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, ticketing, transport management, and data systems
- Design solution architecture
- Explain technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
- Feed field learnings back into product
- Build reusable patterns, tools, and playbooks from individual deployments
- Complete Tekkr assessments and participate in screening
- Gain fast-tracked access to partner startup interview processes if accepted into the network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Production-quality coding ability and ability to ship code quickly
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Ability to debug production issues under time pressure
- Typical programming languages: Python and TypeScript
- Ability to turn vague requests into scoped problems
- Clear written and verbal communication of technical trade-offs
- Track record of driving outcomes end to end and operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Outlier achievements, such as shipped products or top performance
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents is nice to have
- Product background is nice to have
