About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as line manager for site professionals working in electrical projects
- Maintain regular contact with employees working at different customer sites
- Support employees in daily work and address questions or challenges during assignments
- Coordinate personnel resources according to current and upcoming project needs
- Match employee competence and experience with suitable customer projects
- Plan upcoming resource needs with sales and other internal functions
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new site professionals
- Support competence development and identify future development needs
- Ensure smooth transitions between customer projects and assignments
- Contribute to development of Tekniq’s site operations, practices and ways of working
- Work closely with customers, sales, management and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant technical education in electrical engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in electrical projects, site operations or another closely related technical environment
- Good understanding of site-based project work and the responsibilities of site professionals
- Previous experience in people management, team leadership or coordinating technical personnel
- Ability to understand different competence profiles and project requirements
- Structured and proactive approach to resource planning and people management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the area of responsibility
- Fluent Finnish, mandatory for the role
- Good professional English skills
- Experience from energy, industrial, marine or other demanding project environments is highly relevant
