About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical information on facilities for telephone system installations;
  • Check the status of pending orders for new installations by consulting internal controls, with the aim of identifying service alternatives;
  • Keep cable records, telephone directories, and cadastral plans up to date;
  • Monitor the time spent on each service;
  • Track the pre-assignment of facilities;
  • Review sales/registration documents and information submitted by sales representatives using a checklist;
  • Accurately register service coverage and address information, keeping the field team up to date;
  • Ensure the quality of information provided to customers and sales representatives to prevent churn and canceled sales;
  • Monitor the sales and registration process, from work order generation through service activation;
  • Ensure effective after-sales support by diagnosing potential failures in the information provided to customers;
  • Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the work area;
  • Perform other duties of a similar nature, level of complexity, and responsibility.
