About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare quotations, conduct commercial analyses and negotiations, and finalize purchase orders and contracts, seeking the best terms for pricing, lead times, payment, warranties, and service levels.
  • Research, develop, and manage suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and strategic partners while maintaining sustainable business relationships.
  • Monitor the procurement budget and report to Financial Management on costs, savings achieved, commitments assumed, and budget impacts.
  • Manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, equipment approval processes, warranties, contracts, and supplier-agreed SLAs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, IT infrastructure, networks, telecommunications, and Audio/Video solutions sufficient to analyze and technically compare proposals.
  • Knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus ERP system, particularly purchasing, purchase order, supplier, and procurement tracking processes.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), and savings identification.
  • Knowledge of import processes and cost formation, when applicable.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools for developing procurement metrics and dashboards is desirable.
  • Ability to develop and monitor Procurement and Supply Chain KPIs, such as savings, spend, lead time, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.
  • English proficiency.
  • University degree, technologist degree, or technical education.
