Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review, update, and correct client documentation in the knowledge bases
  • Implement workaround solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience configuring Juniper, Cisco, and Datacom equipment is desirable
  • CCNA and JNCIA certifications, or equivalent knowledge, are desirable
  • Experience in a Service Provider environment is desirable
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Datacom), IPv4 and IPv6, and protocols or features such as OSPF, MPLS, and QinQ
