About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in the Procurement/Supply Chain department
- Obtain quotes and analyze commercial proposals
- Follow up on purchase orders
- Develop and manage supplier relationships
- Issue and control Purchase Orders (POs)
- Perform invoice issuance procedures
- Support inventory control
- Negotiate delivery deadlines, costs, and payment terms
- Focus on cost optimization (savings) and operational efficiency
- Use integrated systems (ERP) and analyze data in Excel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (in progress or completed)
- At least 1 year of experience in the role
- Supplier negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience obtaining quotes, analyzing commercial proposals, following up on purchase orders, and developing suppliers
- Proficiency in issuing and controlling Purchase Orders (POs)
- Knowledge of invoice issuance procedures
- Knowledge of inventory control support activities
- Ability to negotiate delivery deadlines, costs, and payment terms
- Comfortable working with integrated systems (ERP)
- Data analysis skills in Excel
