About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead business development and strategic growth of assigned National Accounts within Urology and Community Oncology
  • Drive a cohesive national strategy and ensure alignment and execution at regional and local levels
  • Partner with Regional Directors to manage local affiliates of National Accounts
  • Optimize resource utilization and strengthen enterprise partnerships
  • Lead complex negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales operating plans designed to exceed corporate objectives
  • Lead and expand relationships with strategically important National Accounts and integrated specialty practice partners
  • Develop and execute national account strategies for growth, market penetration, and long-term value creation
  • Support Regional Directors with deal strategy, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution
  • Ensure consistency in contracting approach, pricing strategy, and value messaging
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to Regional Directors
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within National Accounts and assigned networks
  • Develop and lead rolling multi-year, multi-faceted national strategies
  • Ensure financial performance and key metrics exceed corporate goals
  • Maintain deep market knowledge of competitors, technology, and industry trends
  • Serve as executive-level contact for key National Accounts, providing leadership, escalation support, and strategic direction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher education preferred
  • 10+ years of account management experience required
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology preferred
  • Knowledge of the US Specialty GPO, IDN, and vertically integrated networks strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing National Accounts
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing regional sales leadership
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Proven leadership with executive-level engagement experience
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills
  • Extensive experience in contract development, negotiation, and implementation
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies from concept to revenue generation
  • Experience working with third-party partnerships and large healthcare systems
  • Proficiency in coordinating activities across multiple functions and organizations
