About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enhance, support, and manage applications within Temple Health
Lead application projects from start to finish and meet project deadlines and goals
Coordinate development of new features, testing, vendor releases, and system upgrades
Resolve system issues
Serve as the expert and escalation point for other IT team members
Provide technical and functional application analysis
Define system requirements
Develop logical data models using best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders
Provide training on system functionality
Configure new features and functionality to increase user productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
5 years experience in related role with proficient ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve complex problems involving multiple integrated applications required
General experience and knowledge managing and completing IT-related projects required
General experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language required
General experience and knowledge analyzing, diagnosing, suggesting, and implementing process improvements required
General experience and knowledge with data security and privacy standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent required
General experience in Healthcare IT preferred
