About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales of Tempo’s products within the EMEA region
- Represent Tempo and manage the full sales process, including qualification, evaluation, closing, and account care
- Position the value of Tempo’s applications to large and corporate businesses in the assigned territory
- Partner with solutions partners to approach, pitch, and close large enterprise deals
- Manage assigned regional accounts, identify growth opportunities, establish relationships, and expand product usage
- Educate champions and decision-makers on the impact of Tempo’s strategic product portfolio
- Follow enterprise sales and opportunity qualification processes
- Build pipeline and forecast business
- Manage customer and transaction information in Salesforce
- Travel to customer locations as needed
- Develop pricing and engagement models for large enterprise deployments
- Negotiate and sign agreements with large corporate customers to exceed quarterly targets
- Contribute strategies and ideas to company values, culture, and vision
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales on procedures and strategic account plans
- Work with Sales Engineers on configuration recommendations and blueprints
- Represent user needs, solve technical challenges, announce product updates, and identify improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6+ years as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar role in B2B SaaS selling solutions into Fortune 500 companies/large logos
- Multiple years exceeding quota attainment
- Experience bringing in enterprise new logos and managing complex sales cycles with senior management
- Data-driven ability to diagnose problems and blockers to advance the sales funnel
- French speaking preferred
- Prospecting and exceptional relationship-building skills with executive sponsors
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities with strategy partners, global and regional solution providers, and systems integrators
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace, other closed product ecosystems, and project or portfolio management solutions is a plus
- Experience selling to international IT audiences, including via value-add resellers
- Resume must be submitted in English
