About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Present technical demonstrations of Tenable’s platform products to potential customers
Oversee enterprise software trials and Proof of Value evaluations
Address customer challenges and business needs with consultative security and compliance expertise
Answer technical questions and occasionally present at local events and conferences
Work with sales representatives to achieve or exceed revenue targets
Support local partners in enterprise deals
Respond to RFIs and RFPs
Conduct demos, workshops, technical meetings, events, webinars, and Capture the Flag activities
Build lasting relationships with customers, partners, and peers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent/Native Danish and English
Experience with Nessus or other network scanning technologies
Solid foundational knowledge of TCP/IP and network security concepts
Familiarity with the cybersecurity ecosystem on-premises and in the cloud, including CMDB, ticketing, patch management, and PAM
Understanding of international and local compliance standards, including NIS2, DORA, PCI, FISMA, SOX, NERC, CIS, and DIS STIG
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt communication based on the audience and frame problems and solutions
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% within the territory
Ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and peers
5–7 years of direct Pre-Sales Engineer experience (bonus qualification)
Cloud certifications in AWS, GCP, and/or Azure; CISSP or equivalent (bonus qualifications)
Experience with enterprise-class operating systems at the security admin level (bonus qualification)
Experience using AI capabilities (bonus qualification)
Proficiency in Docker, DevOps, API scripting, and Python SDK (bonus qualifications)
