About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define global strategy for three main global customers, including market scouting, product improvement, demand planning, and profitability analysis
Serve as main point of contact with customer headquarters in Milan, Paris, and Madrid
Interact daily with Tenaris commercial offices worldwide
Support negotiations for renewal of long-term contracts and regional negotiations with local Business Units worldwide
Update the demand planning database in Excel and verify information with the Tenaris tutor or customer
Coordinate worldwide order follow-up by collecting information from Tenaris subsidiaries, consolidating Excel files, and delivering reports to the customer every 15 days
Participate in monthly customer meetings via video conference in Dalmine and/or at the client’s office in Milan
Support spot reporting activities, including price analysis, offer preparation, order management, and strategic PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least Bachelor in Management Engineering or Economics
Fluent English level
Main Windows Office Software, with high Excel knowledge recommended
Curiosity, passion, attention to details, team working, and good relational skills
High interest in negotiation
