About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the regional sales team as the point of contact for audio and video customers
- Provide technical support for pre-sales technical consultation and proof-of-concept verification services
- Maintain customer relationships and assist the business team in achieving its goals
- Analyze customers' media business technology architecture and identify needs and values in audio and video scenarios
- Provide industry solutions and case studies for international markets, including OTT, social media, gaming, education, and business
- Combine customers' business and technical requirements with Tencent's audio and video product features
- Communicate customer and industry requirements to the product development team
- Participate in public online and offline product and industry presentations
- Share Tencent's media product capabilities, industry experience, and insights
- Collaborate with channel and marketing teams to support regional ecosystem partners through training, workshops, and Media Demo Day
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing, or a related field
- Familiarity with audio and video technologies, including live streaming, video on demand, encoding/decoding, and network transmission
- Strong customer-oriented work skills and a good sense of customer service
- Ability to communicate with technical decision-makers
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills are preferred
- Relevant coursework, projects, or internships in cloud computing are a plus
- Experience in related industries or working with public clouds is a plus
