About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide onboarding and training for physicians and outpatient office staff on Athena, Patient Portal, Phreesia, MediMobile, Dragon dictation, and Virtual Visits
Assist with clinical information systems implementation, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support
Review and share new system releases with stakeholders and test features for compliance with Tenet policies
Provide recommendations on EHR workflows and functionality
Assist with custom template development, scheduling templates, EPCS setup, HIE requests, TAO, and practice role requests
Schedule on-site clinic visits to assess adoption, efficient use of clinical systems, and issues from clinic staff
Create and submit visit reports to leadership
Monitor end-user reports, assess trends, and identify efficiency opportunities
Enter and process TenetOne tickets, including patient merges, training requests, and offboards
Conduct new-hire CSS orientation
Create and review educational materials regularly
Collaborate with the Market Clinical Informatics Manager to improve clinician satisfaction and clinical application support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of one year experience in ambulatory clinical settings such as physician clinics or other OP settings is required
Minimum of one-year prior experience in the use of and/or implementation of clinical information systems is required
Athena experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to develop, maintain and collaborate with clinicians
Ability to problem-solving and resolve conflict
Understands clinical workflow and has the skill set to integrate technology into clinical practice
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required
Must serve as a model of credibility, professionalism, and customer service
Must be in or able to commute to the Market daily
Selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
