About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality tennis coaching programs for players of all ages and abilities
Coach Tennis Hot Shots, Junior Development, Cardio Tennis, Holiday Camps and performance pathways
Create engaging on-court experiences that support student progression, retention and enjoyment
Maintain exceptional customer service standards
Collaborate with the coaching team and contribute ideas
Mentor junior coaches and support the growth of Tennis World programs
Deliver structured lessons, provide meaningful feedback and foster a positive learning environment
Encourage students to participate in Cardio Tennis, competitions and tournaments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tennis Australia Community Coaching Course qualification
Previous experience coaching across all ages and skill level
Prior experience in mentoring junior coaches
Good understanding of Tennis products and brands, in particular Racquets and string specifications
A current Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements associated with Tennis Australia
Resume and cover letter submitted through the online application system
Commitment to child-safety responsibilities when delivering tennis in Australia
