About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across India
Work closely with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams
Understand AI and machine learning workloads
Guide technical solution designs
Work with internal teams on tokenomics
Guide customer discussions, evaluations, and deployments
Troubleshoot issues across hardware and software
Help customers realize the performance of Tenstorrent’s AI platforms
Provide hands-on technical problem solving, solution development, and relationship building across the Indian market
Travel frequently to customer sites throughout India and beyond
Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions for customer use cases, including Generative AI and LLM applications
Lead the full customer engagement lifecycle from pre-sales technical discovery and demonstrations through proof-of-concept delivery and production deployment
Collaborate with product development, engineering, research, sales, and business development teams
Influence the evolution of AI software and hardware solutions
Help establish regional service capabilities and support Tenstorrent’s growth in India and beyond

Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer-focused technical professional able to build trust with application developers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders
Ability to translate complex AI/ML hardware and software concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive and self-directed problem-solving ability
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites for meetings, installations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery
Participation in marketing events/trade shows
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware
Strong Python programming skills
Deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, model deployment, training, or fine-tuning preferred
Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments
Experience guiding physical installation of hardware servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with C++, CUDA, parallel programming, or kernel development is a plus
English language proficiency required
Hindi or other Indian language proficiency is a plus
Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, including compliance with applicable U.S. export laws and potential citizenship/permanent residency or license approval requirements
