About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform system installation, project management, calibration, retrofitting, training, and troubleshooting
- Provide application support for customer production issues
- Escalate customer production problems and take full ownership until resolution
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate on issue prevention with customers
- Develop and implement support plans with cross-functional teams and customer maintenance groups
- Improve uptime and efficiency of Teradyne Test Equipment
- Deliver training and facilitate technical exchanges
- Present technical papers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in testing or ATE environments
- Experience in programming and hardware troubleshooting on Teradyne or other ATE platforms
- Familiarity with UltraFlex or UltraFlexPlus is a strong advantage
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent reasoning and practical problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently to provide hands-on support and manage project activities
- Candidates must be local to the position location; relocation is not provided
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
