About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain deep working knowledge of the electronics and semiconductor value chain
  • Own and maintain the core messaging framework for the electronics and semiconductor segment
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the overall brand strategy
  • Drive thought leadership and category creation around emerging electronics use cases
  • Translate technical product features into benefit-driven positioning for segment buyer audiences
  • Own external promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation targets for the segment
  • Set creative and messaging direction for digital advertising, email, and web campaigns
  • Partner with regional teams on account-based programs
  • Drive the segment across online and offline channels and shape its market presence and strategy
  • Develop messaging guides and content briefs for sales activities and channel enablement
  • Support distributor and integrator partners serving electronics manufacturers
  • Connect Global Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing
  • Inform segment presence at global and regional industry trade shows, including SEMICON, Electronica, and IPC APEX EXPO
  • Lead positioning, demo storylines, and key messaging for event narratives
  • Contribute to or lead customer-facing case studies, application notes, video concepts, and social content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B high-tech hardware marketing, preferably in electronics, semiconductor, and/or manufacturing
  • Proven track record building messaging frameworks and demand generation programs for a technical B2B segment
  • Experience with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical detail into commercial value
  • Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites and industry events as needed
