About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and improve the S&OP process to ensure revenue, delivery and satisfied customers
- Work with rolling forecast, risks and opportunities to ensure resilience in robot delivery
- Partner with sales, finance, operations, R&D and product management to ensure a smooth S&OP process
- Use data and AI analytics to support data-driven decisions
- Support order optimization, lead time changes, customer requests and backlog execution
- Establish, standardize and improve Revenue & S&OP processes and governance
- Reduce revenue risks through proactive planning and problem solving
- Support strong on-time delivery performance
- Build scalable Revenue Operations and S&OP processes that ensure business results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Revenue Operations, S&OP or Supply Chain management
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven mindset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM systems, data analytics and AI
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of LEAN principles is a plus
- Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus
