About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop next-generation robotic products.
- Drive improvements to existing products.
- Develop and enhance engineering workflows, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the test organization to validate designs and ensure product performance and reliability.
- Drive complex mechanical development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop products from concept through launch within cross-functional project teams.
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions.
- Continuously improve products, processes, and engineering practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical product development, preferably within R&D environments.
- Strong knowledge of machine design and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with 3D CAD and technical drawings (SolidWorks preferred).
- Hands-on experience with DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and other design-quality methodologies.
- Knowledge of verification, validation, and test development.
- Understanding of tolerance analysis and manufacturing processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional development teams and coordinating technical deliverables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
