About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute system-level assembly, board-level assembly, and functionality testing
Perform first-level system maintenance or instrument isolation
Execute assembly and disassembly of instruments and boards
Debug and quality-repair defective boards
Work with Test and Manufacturing Engineers on process requirements, process creation, quality improvements, reliability issues, and ECN implementation
Support new product transfers
Provide remote support to other OPS sites and regions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics graduate with relevant experience in board repair
Knowledge of electronics board troubleshooting, de/soldering, and repair
Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high-end testers is an advantage
Goal and results-oriented, assertive, and hardworking
Computer literate
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
ETS800 experience is a plus
Must be local to the position location
No relocation provided
