About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and analyze online content across social media, news, blogs, Google rankings, and other channels
- Identify and assess opportunities and threats published online in real time
- Compile online mentions into internal and client-facing reports
- Manage the setup, filtering, and optimization of Terakeet monitoring/listening tools
- Serve as point of contact for the listening tool vendor
- Protect the confidentiality of the client portfolio
- Support the business on weekends and holidays
- Report directly to the Director of Delivery Execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work weekends and holidays is required
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships
- Comfortable functioning in spaces with high ambiguity and adapting easily to changing environments
- Keen attention to detail to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and consistency
- Ability to work independently
- Social media or PR experience preferred
- Professional work experience in a related role preferred but not required
- Ability to understand search engine algorithms and ranking methods preferred
