About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and monitor accounts payable and collections processes, ensuring deadlines are met and transactions are accurately cleared
- Perform financial reconciliations for payments, receipts, and bank transactions
- Control customer receipts and monitor overdue accounts, proposing actions to mitigate risks
- Support negotiations and maintain relationships with financial institutions, seeking better terms for transactions
- Manage investments, financing, and credit operations, ensuring profitability and security
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards and audit requirements, maintaining appropriate controls and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, contributing to greater efficiency and cost reduction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in finance, preferably in treasury
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, cash flow, and financial operations
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Group and Mega) is a plus
