About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, enhance, and leverage key opinion leader relationships in therapeutic areas of interest to the company
  • Enhance scientific expertise of external stakeholders via scientific exchange
  • Provide key field insights and competitive intelligence to Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams
  • Attend national and regional medical conferences and report findings to internal stakeholders
  • Provide medical coverage at company events and booths
  • Respond to medical information requests from healthcare professionals
  • Assist in developing and delivering training on scientific topics
  • Assist in developing and executing advisory board meetings and focus groups
  • Provide payer presentations in key accounts
  • Collaborate with R&D and Clinical teams on research projects
  • Liaise between investigators and internal stakeholders for investigator-initiated research
  • Participate in Medical Affairs and cross-functional projects
  • Establish strong account and healthcare professional relationships
  • Ensure accurate travel and expense reporting
  • Ensure adherence to TerSera policies and Code of Conduct
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and professional working environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Clinical and/or research experience within the US Healthcare System
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate complex scientific data
  • Demonstrated ability and capacity to network and establish key relationships
  • Proven track record of teamwork, leadership, timely decision making and results orientation in meeting key objectives
  • Ability to travel overnight 60-80% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license with appropriate driving record history
  • PharmD, PhD, MD, or BSN/NP
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or demonstrated knowledge of how the pharmaceutical industry works
  • Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of therapeutic areas of interest to TerSera Therapeutics
