About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting for contractor and consultant hiring
- Recruit SAP and Oracle consultants across functional and technical skill sets
- Build and manage contractor pipelines across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Source and engage specialized enterprise technology talent in competitive markets
- Build proactive talent pipelines for current and upcoming customer projects
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-find SAP and Oracle skill sets
- Help build the contractor recruiting function at Tessera Labs
- Work closely with the team to bring in specialized talent supporting complex enterprise transformation initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience recruiting SAP and Oracle consultants — required
- Strong experience with contract/contingent workforce recruiting
- Experience recruiting both onshore and nearshore talent across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Strong understanding of the systems integrator and enterprise consulting ecosystem
- Previous recruiting experience at a systems integrator such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, or a similar organization is highly preferred
- Experience recruiting specialized enterprise technology talent across both functional and technical roles
- Ability to manage multiple searches and contractor pipelines simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for Tessera Labs
