Key responsibilities & impact

Own functional and architectural direction across several concurrent customer engagements
Orchestrate functional, technical, and data workstreams
Translate customer business outcomes into deliverable platform solutions
Define measurable, written, and customer-owned success criteria
Work with Forward Deployed Engineers, Tessera AI agents, customer architects, and Technical Program Managers
Join early customer and partner conversations and shape opportunities before scoping
Provide field findings and domain expertise to Product and improve the Tessera platform
Own, define, measure, and report customer platform adoption
Identify and resolve process, skills, trust, or product gaps affecting adoption
Build customer-side advocates for continued platform use
Determine engagement staffing needs and provide evidence-based workforce rationalization
Feed staffing insights into Center of Excellence capacity planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated ownership of solutioning through enterprise sales cycles, including scope, approach, effort, and risk
Proven ability to orchestrate delivery teams across functional, technical, and data workstreams across several concurrent engagements
Senior client-facing presence with customer architects, business owners, and finance stakeholders
Record of driving customer adoption beyond go-live
12+ years in enterprise transformation with an SAP foundation, spanning multiple process areas
Judgment across finance, supply chain, and order management
Technical architecture knowledge covering integration patterns, data architecture, and SAP landscapes
Ability to assess and justify engagement staffing levels with evidence
Proven ability to learn a new platform quickly and achieve fluency in the Tessera platform
Excellent verbal and written business English and presentation ability
Experience in a distributed delivery model with structured daily overlap with US-based stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred: experience across multiple enterprise suites, multiple SAP S/4HANA transition paths, AI/automation/RPA tooling, pre-sales or solution advisory, SAP Activate methodology, Portuguese or Spanish; German is a plus
