About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own functional and architectural direction across several concurrent Oracle engagements
Orchestrate functional, technical, data, and AI-enabled workstreams
Translate customer business outcomes into solutions deliverable by the Tessera AI platform
Define measurable customer value targets and ensure they are agreed, written, and tracked
Bridge business intent and technical design with engineers, AI agents, and customer architects
Lead solution definition in early customer and partner conversations
Shape opportunity approach, effort, and risk before scoping
Own the Oracle solution story in proposals and statements of work
Feed field findings and Oracle domain knowledge into Tessera product development
Own customer platform adoption, measure it, and address adoption barriers
Build customer-side advocates for continued platform use
Determine engagement staffing, skills, sequencing, and duration
Identify over- or under-staffing and contribute to Center of Excellence capacity planning
Report to the VP, Center of Excellence
Work approximately 70% on engagement delivery and 30% on pre-sales, go-to-market, and product input
Work U.S. business hours with customers and distributed teams; travel to customer and partner sites as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years in enterprise transformation with an Oracle foundation
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and E-Business Suite or JD Edwards
Experience spanning multiple process areas, including Financials and Supply Chain
Experience in several end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, including new implementation, migration, and phased coexistence approaches
Demonstrated ownership of solutioning through Oracle enterprise software and services engagement sales cycles
Proven ability to orchestrate functional, technical, and data delivery teams across several concurrent engagements
Senior client-facing presence with customer architects, business owners, and finance stakeholders
Record of driving customer adoption beyond go-live
Solid technical architecture knowledge, including integration patterns and data architecture
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Visual Builder, PaaS extensions, FBDI, and HDL
Understanding of the Oracle AI roadmap for Fusion Cloud Applications and embedded AI agents
Ability to assess engagement staffing using evidence and data
Ability to learn and become fluent in the Tessera platform
Excellent verbal and written business English
Strong presentation ability for business and technical audiences
Experience leading distributed onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Spanish, Portuguese, or German is a plus but not required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must answer whether immigration sponsorship will be required
