About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own ambiguous product and technical problems end to end, from problem clarification and data/system investigation through tradeoff alignment and shipping
Build data-intensive product features across the stack, including React interfaces, APIs, data models, and backend services
Build AI-native workflows that make agent behavior legible and controllable
Integrate with enterprise systems of record such as SAP, Salesforce, and Workday
Partner with product, design, and engineering to shape solutions, seek feedback, and deliver business value
Shape platform technical foundations through architecture, reusable abstractions, shared components, engineering conventions, code review, and technical discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience building production applications with React and TypeScript
Backend experience designing APIs and services in Node.js, Python, Java, or a comparable stack
Strong data fundamentals and comfort working with relational data models, SQL, schemas, transformations, and performance and reliability considerations
Ability to take a feature from database to UI
Track record of turning ambiguity into action and iteratively shipping
Strong product judgment, balancing speed with quality, security, and maintainability
Collaborative, high-ownership approach and clear communication of technical decisions
Experience with AI-native or agentic products, ERP, CRM, HCM, SAP, fast-moving early-stage environments, or modern AI-assisted development tools (nice to have)
Authorization to work in the U.S. for Tessera Labs
Must indicate whether immigration sponsorship is currently or later required
