Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Absence modules for the UK
Deliver full-lifecycle implementations or major rollouts
Configure payroll elements, input values, balances, calculation cards, payroll definitions, payroll relationships and payroll flow patterns
Manage costing and GL interfaces, third-party payments and payment methods
Write and debug Fast Formula for elements, proration, skipping and validation
Use HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, BI reporting and Payroll Batch Loader
Communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business and management teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll and Absence modules for the UK, including at least 1 full-lifecycle implementation or major rollout
Proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes
Knowledge of statutory payments: SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, ShPP, SPBP
Knowledge of student loans, attachment of earnings orders, auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice
Strong configuration knowledge of elements and input values, balances, calculation cards, payroll definitions, payroll relationships, payroll flow patterns, costing and GL interfaces, third-party payments and payment methods
Practical experience writing and debugging Fast Formula (element, proration, skip and validation formulas)
Knowledge of HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting and Payroll Batch Loader
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business and management teams
