- Strong experience in case management and workflow design
- Strong experience in defect resolution in existing Pega estates
- Strong experience in Pega integrations and services development
- Strong experience in guardrail-compliant development
- Strong experience in unit testing and peer reviews
- Strong experience in technical debt remediation
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience working across large-scale, multi-vendor delivery environments
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience within UK Public Sector environments is highly desirable
