About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Support product backlog management, refinement and prioritisation
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, developers, IT and data management teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping activities
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking and release readiness
- Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, risks and delivery priorities
- Support digital transformation, change management and system migration initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership support or digital transformation
- E-procurement or procurement transformation experience
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management
- Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience in UAT, release management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with business, technology and data teams
- Public sector or institutional procurement experience (nice to have)
- Data management, governance or compliance-driven digital systems experience (nice to have)
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery tools (nice to have)
