About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests across Tether
  • Scope deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements
  • Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, and missing information
  • Brief designers with complete specifications
  • Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across teams and deadlines
  • Track active requests and surface bottlenecks proactively
  • Review designer deliverables for brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed, trim, safe zones, file formats, and platform specifications
  • Catch errors such as typos, incorrect sizing, low-resolution exports, broken links, and outdated logos
  • Maintain a scalable quality-assurance checklist and process
  • Document and organize event assets, briefs, and deliverables in shared drives
  • Maintain vendor details, production specifications, and event lessons learned
  • Anticipate vendor, production, scope, and shipping risks and build contingency plans
  • Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners
  • Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
  • Liaise between business requesters and the design team
  • Continuously improve intake and review processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component
  • Proven experience managing print and digital production processes
  • Knowledge of dielines, safe areas, RGB and print production requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Experience reviewing creative work and giving actionable feedback to designers
  • Proactive, risk-first mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday
  • Familiarity with design review tools such as Figma
  • Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries
  • Fluent in English
  • Italian or Spanish is a plus
