Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Node.js development with production-scale applications
  • Strong competency in writing modular, maintainable code
  • Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules
  • Solid skillset in testing & debugging
  • Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems
  • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience with native Node.js extensions (C/C++), or binding JS to lower-level code
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to optimize network protocols or systems, including latency and throughput
  • Preferred: Familiarity with advanced networking concepts
  • Preferred: Past contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech
