About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate complex business problems and stakeholder objectives into clear, actionable requirements and technical solutions
- Challenge, clarify, and collaboratively formulate requirements from business departments
- Manage multiple projects in parallel, such as three smaller projects or one large project alongside one or two smaller projects
- Maximize product value and independently decide what should be developed, when, and in what order
- Ensure the right topics are implemented while developers and agencies ensure they are implemented correctly
- Make all stakeholders’ interests transparent and balance company goals with the needs of the business departments
- Adapt communication to different audiences
- Develop a clear product vision and communicate it convincingly
- Define appropriate quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of professional experience in process engineering, business analysis, or integration development
- German and English at least at C1 level
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach: solution-oriented, decisive, and accountable
- Ability to balance different interests, make clear decisions, and take ownership
- Ability to stay well organized across multiple parallel projects, communicate priorities clearly, and reliably deliver results
- Pragmatic, hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical understanding of data flows, interfaces, and integrations, with a focus on scalability and sustainability
- Cover letter, résumé including salary expectations, and earliest possible start date as part of the application
