About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the Payments, SOC, and Federal Services practice areas
  • Set annual goals for revenue, utilization, margin, and headcount for each practice, and report progress to firm leadership
  • Identify market trends and emerging regulatory requirements and adapt service offerings accordingly
  • Maintain and report on KPIs, including sales pipeline, sold consulting revenue, and utilization goals, and update processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Serve as a senior relationship owner for key accounts and act as an escalation point for client issues
  • Lead proposal development, pricing, contract negotiations, and renewal engagements with enterprise clients
  • Represent Tevora at industry conferences, working groups, and client events
  • Track and report on Payments, Federal, and SOC team quality and maintain high-quality customer service
  • Maintain and continuously improve quality assurance, methodology, and risk management practices
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants, managers, and directors
  • Build and manage a resourcing plan balancing utilization, career development, and delivery quality
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and support staff certification and professional growth
  • Partner with practice leads, sales, marketing, and program management operations
  • Contribute to firmwide strategic initiatives as a member of the extended leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently hold relevant cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor, PCI QSA, FedRAMP Auditor, C3PAO, or other equivalent certification
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
  • Master’s Degree in a business discipline preferred
  • 10 or more years working in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance consulting firms
  • Experience leading multiple functional teams
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership position, including managing a team
  • Demonstrated success hitting revenue targets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time for business development functions and client meetings
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
