About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, ship, and maintain educational apps and sports training apps used by students, coaches, and families
- Work across the full technology stack and school operations, including data pipelines, AI admissions agents, and coaching tools
- Use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and other AI coding tools as the primary development environment
- Own products end to end from initial concept through production and post-launch iteration
- Gather and act on feedback from students, coaches, and parents
- Collaborate daily with the U.S. team and work directly with company leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product mindset focused on students, coaches, and parents
- Engineering generalist comfortable across mobile apps, websites, VR experiences, games, and full-stack development
- Daily expertise with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools
- Production work demonstrating AI coding tools as central to development
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including debugging complex problems, designing APIs and data models, writing maintainable code, and maintaining production stability at scale
- Clear spoken and written English
- Willingness to work 60 or more hours per week, including weekends
- Remote location
- Bonus: experience building production agent-style workflows or automations
