About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support a global pharmaceutical CRM transformation
  • Assess how existing commercial and medical processes can translate into practical Vault CRM requirements
  • Identify capabilities, dependencies, and potential platform constraints
  • Review Vault CRM capabilities, configuration options, and legacy process exceptions
  • Assess requirements for platform fit and identify dependencies related to content, consent, mobile functionality, access, and integrations
  • Participate in targeted discussions with Veeva and review solution/design demonstrations
  • Support process consultants in developing feasible, business-focused requirements
  • Identify and communicate platform constraints, assumptions, and unknowns
  • Escalate questions requiring Veeva input without taking ownership of technical implementation
  • Produce capability-fit assessments, technical dependency questions, and feasibility review notes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrable commercial or medical Vault CRM experience
  • Alternatively, a clearly evidenced pathway to Vault CRM expertise supported by relevant Veeva experience
  • Ability to assess Vault CRM capabilities and explain technical constraints in clear business terms
  • Experience reviewing CRM processes and translating them into practical system requirements
  • Strong understanding of CRM dependencies such as content, consent, mobile use, access, and integrations
  • Experience working with business/process consultants and technical platform teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • General Vault experience alone is not sufficient; candidates must demonstrate relevant Vault CRM capability or a credible route to that expertise
