About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate client goals into brand-relevant, insight-driven creative strategies and experience frameworks
  • Own strategy and storytelling for RFPs, client pitches, and campaign development
  • Apply cultural insights, consumer behavior, and trend forecasting to shape future-forward campaign ideas
  • Develop creative strategies and 360 campaign activations across pop-ups, mobile tours, press and influencer events, B2B conferences, trade shows, stunts and sampling programs, content shoots, digital microsites, social media activations, and virtual events
  • Attend intakes and outline strategy to win business; review with the CCO
  • Lead proposal deck creation with CCO final approval
  • Support client pitches
  • Work with the CCO and creative strategy manager during RFPs to build prospective client relationships
  • Support active project development after work is won, ensuring alignment with the original vision and client expectations
  • Analyze wins and losses to improve agency win rates
  • Track insights and trends to support the agency’s positioning
  • Monitor technology innovations and their application to experiential marketing
  • Write copy
  • Present strategy and creative ideas to executive-level clients
  • Build key client relationships and proactively offer new thinking and growth opportunities
  • Align strategies to client KPIs and measurable business results
  • Stay ahead of technology, cultural, and media shifts
  • Champion experiential storytelling methods including AR, streaming, AI-driven personalization, and phygital integrations
  • Support agency marketing through thought leadership, case studies, and POVs
  • Support agency marketing material development with the Partner and CCO
  • Lead case study generation, including onsite content capture planning
  • Update the website
  • Create agency marketing newsletters and new-business development content
  • Manage the social media content calendar
  • Collaborate with the Partner/CCO on thought leadership and agency positioning
  • Manage award submissions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-12 years in strategic or creative roles across experiential marketing, brand strategy, or integrated marketing
  • Proven experience in campaign development, from pitch through execution, including pop-ups, tours, influencer events, conferences, and stunts
  • Strong writing and narrative-building abilities, able to clearly connect ideas to business and brand goals
  • Deep understanding of 360 marketing, including social strategy, influencer integration, digital platforms, and content ecosystems
  • Fluent in Google Slides
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Miro, Notion, and Figma
  • Inspiring communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and build client trust
  • Curious, culturally in-tune, and always scanning for what's next
