  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
  • Experience with internal CRMs
  • Experience with Hubstaff Web App, Desktop App, and Hubstaff Tasks
  • Experience with WhatsApp Groups
  • Experience with Zoom Meetings and Breakout Rooms
  • Own computer with internet access
  • Comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking software
  • Comfortable using Papaya Global or Payoneer for monthly payments
  • Must submit a 1.5–2 minute voice note in English
  • U.S. citizenship or a U.S. work permit is required
