About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple countries to support AES Talent Management processes and programs
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to improve the efficiency, scalability, and employee experience of talent processes
- Coordinate and support the global performance management cycle, including goal setting, development conversations, onboarding-related processes, and year-end activities
- Support talent review and Talent Dialogue processes
- Support talent assessment strategies, including competency, skill, leadership, and 360-degree feedback assessments
- Analyze talent-related data and trends to support employee development, succession planning, and business objectives
- Monitor emerging Talent Management practices and market trends
- Co-lead leadership development programs, including strategy development, external partner collaboration, participant nominations, program delivery, engagement, mentoring, and communications
- Contribute to team effectiveness and organizational capability initiatives, including DISC workshops, team-building activities, reporting, and employee development programs
- Develop communications, presentations, and program materials for employees, people leaders, and HR teams
- Provide guidance, system support, and practical solutions for talent-related initiatives
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting Talent Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related functions
- Experience contributing to performance management processes, talent reviews, employee assessments, leadership development programs, or similar talent initiatives
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience creating training materials, communications, presentations, or employee-facing resources
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights and data into practical recommendations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a global and cross-functional environment
- Work authorization verified through the I-9 process
