About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems implementation and transformation programs
Develop program roadmaps, implementation plans, governance models, budgets, risk plans, and executive communications
Lead cross-functional business, operations, technology, and vendor teams
Drive deployment, adoption, change management, and operational readiness
Manage implementation partners and software vendors while ensuring successful business outcomes
Drive alignment across HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors during large-scale benefits and enterprise systems initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of ERP or enterprise systems implementation program management experience
Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing vendors, consulting partners, budgets, timelines, and risks
US Citizen required
Preferred platform experience: Workday, Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM, SAP, or Concur
Experience with DataPath is highly desirable
Healthcare, benefits administration, HRIS, finance, or regulated industry experience preferred
Experience leading implementations involving benefits platforms, payroll systems, HRIS, enrollment solutions, ERP platforms, and vendor ecosystems preferred
Exceptional organizational skills
Comfortable leading fast-moving initiatives within a high-growth startup environment
